OMAHA, NE — May 10, 2017 — American Midwest Ballet youth auditions dates for the company’s Season 8 production of The Nutcracker have been scheduled.
Mark your calendars and save the dates! Auditions take place from Thu., July 13 through Sat., July 15. Online registration is required for all interested students who wish to audition. There is no fee for American Midwest Ballet youth auditions. Stay tuned for more details coming soon!
- July 13: vocal auditions only; girls 11+ may audition.
- July 14 & 15: dance auditions only; boys and girls ages 7+ may audition.
American Midwest Ballet will present four performances of The Nutcracker this holiday season: a special pre-Thanksgiving performance on Nov. 19 (Arts Center at IWCC, Council Bluffs), followed by a three-show run Dec. 2-3 in Omaha at the Orpheum Theater.
