Dancers’ 10-year memories: Performing with friends is a favorite for Rebecca

Welcome to the latest in our new series of videos! To help celebrate our next decade of dance, we’ve asked American Midwest Ballet dancers to share some of their favorite memories from the company’s first ten seasons.

Many of our dancers tell us that one of their most treasured parts of being in the AMB company is the sense of, well, company… the camaraderie and enjoyment they get from working and performing with people who become among their closest friends.

That’s why Rebecca Brenner said one of her favorite memories is “performing Spanish in The Nutcracker with my fellow spicy señoritas!”

“Year 2 of the same cast was extra special! We had more confidence and were able to have more fun onstage dancing together and living our best lives surrounded by great friends”
