July 13, 2011 — American Midwest Ballet artistic director Erika Overturff again paid a visit to KMTV’s ‘Morning Blend’ show today, giving the shows’s hosts an up-close-and-personal preview of Saturday’s children’s auditions for ‘The Nutcracker.’
Erika talked about the audition process and the production, gave some insights about what children gain by participating… and finally put good-natured hosts Mary Nelson and Mike DiGiacomo through their paces in some of the same exercises the young performers will try this Saturday in the actual audition!
