Soloists must be a member of the Junior Company or AMB School Performance Ensemble and meet a set of established technical requirements.

All solos will be rehearsed during private lessons on Sundays throughout the school year. Solos will perform at the following events:

• AMB School Winter Performance
• AMB School Spring Performance
• AMB School Showcase
• Youth America Grand Prix

Solos may have the opportunity to perform at these additional events:

• Universal Ballet Competition
• 1-2 Selected Regional Competitions
• Community performances throughout the school year

Pricing:

$500 per solo which includes an hour of studio time with an AMB School Instructor to set choreography, and the fees associated with having AMB instructors present at up to three competitive events throughout the school year. 

Those involved in the Solo Program will also be  responsible for all costs associated with required weekly private lessons/semi private lessons, responsible for their own costumes, entry fees, and travel fees of competitions.
