Season 16 Subscriber Ticket Information

Here come your Season 16 Subscriber Tickets!

Thanks for being a subscriber for American Midwest Ballet’s Season 16. Your subscriber tickets are on the way! You should receive them the week of September 15.

If you chose a mix of Hoff Center and Orpheum performances, you’ll receive your tickets through two different channels. Here’s how to get your tickets:

HOFF CENTER PERFORMANCES

You’ll receive an email with the subject line “Order confirmation – Pottawattamie Arts, Culture and Entertainment (PACE)”. You may want to save this email for easy access to your tickets later. Don’t see the email? You may need to check your “spam” or “junk mail” folder.

To review your tickets, open the email and click the “View Your Order” button. You’ll be taken to a web page with a QR code for each ticket you purchased. The page also has links to add your tickets to the Apple or Google “wallet” app on your mobile device, if you prefer.

When you attend your performance, show a PACE Ambassador your web page or wallet app. The Ambassador will scan the codes and admit you to the theater. Enjoy the show!

ORPHEUM PERFORMANCES

Ticket Omaha, the official box office for Omaha Performing Arts, stores all your tickets in a “mobile wallet” at wallet.ticketomaha.com. If you have already set up a Ticket Omaha mobile wallet, your tickets will appear in it automatically.

If you don’t already have a Ticket Omaha mobile wallet, visit wallet.ticketomaha.com and click “Register a New Account.” You’ll be prompted through a few simple steps to create your account. When you’re asked to enter your email, be sure to use the same email address you used when you subscribed for your tickets. Once you’ve registered, you’ll find your tickets waiting for you in your “mobile wallet.” For more detailed instructions, visit this link for a walk-through of the process.

At the Orpheum, log in to your mobile wallet on your mobile device. Show the screen to an usher, who will scan it and admit you to the theater. Enjoy the show!
