Junior Company Dancers are New York-bound

Seven dancers of the AMB Junior Company will be headed to New York April 13-16 to perform in the national finals of the Youth America Grand Prix [YAGP], the world’s largest international ballet competition.

The dancers will perform Ethereal, a ballet choreographed for them by American Midwest Ballet company artist Kelanie Murphy, in the ensemble group competition.

The dancers also will perform as part of the American Midwest Ballet School Showcase at the Hoff Family Arts & Culture Center in Council Bluffs on April 6.
